Welcome to THOSE OTHER MOVIES

Now in its sixth season, THOSE OTHER MOVIES brings to audiences in Haliburton County the very best in Canadian and International films.

From September thru June, films are presented on the second Thursday of the month (unless otherwise noted) at the Northern Lights Pavilion, located within the Haliburton High school building in Haliburton Village, with a 4:15 matinee and a 7:15 evening show.

Passes for the entire series are sold throughout the summer.

Individual movie tickets are available for sale at the door on movie night.

The HALIBURTON INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL (HIFF) takes place each year on the third weekend in November and features several diverse, but exceptional international films, as well as industry guests.

THOSE OTHER MOVIES is a non-profit organization that is run by volunteers. THOSE OTHER MOVIES operates as part of the Film Circuit, a division of the Toronto International Film Festival. Film Circuit is an association of film groups that reaches over 350,000 film fans annually at over 2,000 screenings in over 180 communities across Canada.
